 it will take 2-3 day to get it ready, and if you have print or screen print request, it will take 5-7 working 

days. Buyers should cover for samples and courier charge.

3. How to assure the products’ quality which we ordered with you ?

(1)We have certification for raw material and could assure that it is safe and environmentally friendly. 

(2)Usually for bottles and pumps, we have our QC to test it by airless machine to assure the quality.  

4. Is it possible to make the product as our own design ?

Yes! We accept customized order, and could make your own logo as label or screen print. And we also 

have a experienced R&D team, and will make everything as you expected!

5. Can you make the product as my color ?

Yes! We could make any color as your samples or you could give us Pantone code.

Packing & shipping:

1. By express: UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which is door to door. It usually takes 5 days to arrive your home or office. Best way

 for sample.

2. By air: you need to do custom clearance yourself and pick up goods at the air port in your area.

 It takes about 5-7 days to arrive.

3. By sea: if quantity is large enough and you don’t need very urgently ,by sea is a better way to save

 some freight cost. It takes about one month to arrive .
